Led by Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia, Morena celebrates the cuisines of Latin America with seafood, grill, cocktails, curated wine and polished Sydney hospitality.
The venue
Our kitchen draws from Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina and Brazil, pairing authentic ingredients with seasonal Australian produce and a dining room made for long lunches, pre-theatre dinners and celebrations.
